Locally sourced, etc. Elements is interesting in that servers are instructed to give diners a bit of the restauarnt's philosophy, which is a nice touch. Menu is fairly limited but has enough choices for most. Being something of an oyster fan, I opted for oysters on half shell from a VA source I had not tried before. Was disappointed that they came with a rather pedestrian sauce on them, masking the flavor.
