  "The restaurant is not large - but they fit a good amount of seating inside. We had the same server for both occasions. He was professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable. In fact when we came back for the graduation dinner, he remembered us by face. The food is FANTASTIC - for the most part. ..."The first time we went 2 of our people ordered lamb and it was too rare - one of the women took it home to cook it more for the next night. But other than that, everyone LOVED what they ordered, from appetizers and salads to entrees to desserts. Our server was also very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to wines and beers. He was able to describe them and answer questions and made it easy to select the right choice. Next time we go to Marietta, we'll go to Austyn's again - even if there isn't a special occasion!   "Good but loud music on weekends"
  "The Galley is a good go-to place when visiting students at Marietta College. They have a wide variety of dishes and comfortable seating. The only problem is that on the other side of the restaurant is an entertainment space - where bands can come and play on weekend evenings. The sound booms into ..."the restaurant and if you're sitting up against that wall it's hard to hear the person across the table from you. So, go to the Galley for good food if you want to stay close to Marietta College - just don't go on a weekend evening. " More >

  "Went here with family on an evening night. Sat outside to enjoy the Marietta atmosphere. Great place! Abby, our server, was excellent. Food was great....try the black bean burger. Please, can you get me the recipe? My vegan dish was great. Bottom line, I would come back here again!"
