I was a little surprised that the beef came medium rare. I prefer my meats more on the well done side, and was not asked about cooking preference. The sauce and rice it came with were delicious. They keep the bread basket full - and you will thank them for it. Lots of yummy sauces that need soaking up! My husband has the mushroom soup (rich and delicious) and the beef stroganoff too.
