  "I ate at the Rock Creek Tavern with my family this past weekend (May 18th). We shared the hummus appetizer which was very good. I had the salmon caesar salad, others had burgers, sandwiches and fish tacos. We shared a dessert. We all reported our food to be delicious. The Tavern was pretty busy ..."but our food came in a timely manner. We had good service - the waitress had a great sense of humor and was attentive to our group. The Tavern itself is a re-creation of an old tavern that stood on that site but burned down in 2002 . This new Tavern was built in it's place. It's very nice and looks very old. We ate inside since it was a little rainy and cool. The outside patio looks nice so I'd like to return in warmer weather to eat outside. I definitely would return to eat there. " More >

My husband and I both enjoyed our food: me an omelette and he, chicken fried steak. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food you received.
