  "Our family definitely enjoyed eating at this place. We chose to eat in open upstairs seating area, getting to enjoy some gorgeous late spring weather and a view of the bay, and our server was very attentive. The food was very good - our picky 6yr old daughter inhaled her hot dog, the cheeseburger ..."was solid (altho admittedly not quite on par with the best Fort Worth burgers) the fries were fresh-cut and very good, and I personally loved the Steak & Cheese grinder. We also sampled a vanilla shake, which was very good, and the root beer float, which was excellent. The menu doesn't list kids options, but the server let us know about some new choices they are now offering. Even absent that, my wife and 9yr old son were able to split the 1/2lb burger, and my 4yr old son had enough to eat by sharing my fries and a few bites of steak from my grinder.   "I love Whataburger. Awesome cheeseburgers. Best milkshakes that fast food can offer. However my fries were ice cold this visit. For that, I must take away a star, cold fries are nasty. The drive through person acted a bit goofy when trying to sell me extra items and saying "yum yum" after everything..." I ordered. I guess it was funny ...kinda weird.
