The Trio makes a very nice cassoulet - not too heavy and nicely seasoned. I like anything that features vegetables rather than a piece of meat. We both had a wonderful dinner. The menu has enough variety that it's likely we'll be back again next year even though we try on our limited days in Door County it's hard to pick from many good choices. I'll add that I think the wine list is very reasonable and has some good choices. All in all, an excellent choice with a nice, south of France, atmosphere. " More >

  "I always search out bakeries and fortunately I found this one. It is the best for bread with substance and taste - then there are the addicting sticky buns. It would almost be a destination trip if not for the 4+ hr. drive. In addition the couple are as friendly as you could hope for."
