First & foremost the ambience is amazing, despite being close to the road once you step into Al Chile Viola you will feel like youre in the middle of the jungle surrounding by beauty. The nightly specials always..." have a great variety of fresh fishs & meats, our favorite being the Osso Buco or Seabass wrapped in bacon. In addition to the specials they also have a set menu of great starters & homemade pastas. The beef carpaccio is the best we've had anywhere. Dont forget to wash this all down with one of their delicious cocktails or bottle of wines. To top it all off the owners & staff are amazing & check out their live music nights!!   "While it's a trek to get to the restaurant, it's well worth it. The view is incredible. Make sure to make a reservation, we were lucky that a table was open without a reservation. The food was delicious, the pecan tart AMAZING. Best meal we had while staying in Santa Teresa."
