  "While it may seem self apparent, no one told us of the winds that are a constant in Santorini. With it's position high on the cliff in Imerovigli, La Maison gets its share of winds. But the staff will drop clear wind-screens and provide wraps if you require. Even with the wind screens the views are ..."breathtaking! As to the food, the presentation was artistic and the flavors divine. The lamb shank was tender with hints of mint that offset the meat superbly. The smoked pork was subtly smoked and served with a sweet potato puree that was the perfect paring.
