"Kalymnos is the island in the Dodecanese north of Kos which was the centre of the sponge fishing industry. "This restaurant has changed a few owners the last years but from recent sources it is in the hands of the original owner/chef, who in the end brings the best result in the formula! Great authentic Kalymnian dishes made with care. For anyone not acquainted with the island reading this review to get s..."ome inspiration on where to go and what to order: Their mermizeli is probably the best of the island, they have nice octopus-balls not to forget! also their fried zucchini and aubergines are very tasty either combine this with some garlic sauces skordalia or tzatziki, you will smell just one night but remember it for a lifetime! (Suggestion for Greek food is to order a variety of appetizers rather than 1st, main and desert)
