  "We ate here after a local recommended it and neither of us had any regrets. The restaurant is one of the smaller ones in the village and looks pretty unassuming and in fact easily overlooked in favour of one of the larger venues in the village like Gabriels of Thanasis Place. It was curry night ..."and I had heard that curries on the island were excellent so I took the plunge and I wasn't disappointed. The curry that came was tasty but slightly different from what you might have expected. My wife had the black and white steak (basically a huge steak with two sauces), again she said that this was the best steak she had during he stay. Whilst we were there, there was live music and dancing in the square - apparently for the benefit of a large group of physicians from the island who were having some sort of conference.
