I can't think of anything I didn't like about this room (we had an executive suite for 3). It was very well designed so we could fit all our luggage, belongings and the many things we bought in Tokyo without feeling cramped. The kitchenette was amazingly well equipped and the bathroom was excellent. The beds were very comfy and we loved everything. The neighborhood around has lots of good eateries, a few small grocery stores and there's a 7-11 practically next door. Easy walk to the metro station (Maranouchi Line)

Room tip: Rooms with kitchenettes are very convenient

We stayed in 2 apartments in the Sakura season (early April 2015). While the rooms were great (decent size), the location is a bit distant from the Shinjuku station - it is not walkable, you must ideally take the Bus 61 (if you are alone) or a bus.
Maybe in hidsight, we should have considered something closer to JR Tokyo station as most of the journeys outside Tokyo were from there. However on the other hand if you like nightlife and neon lightings, what better than Shibuya and Shinjuku.
Shops and restaurants nearby - so quite easy to settle quickly.

Room tip: Road facing if you want to see something outside.

This is a modern apartment style hotel with in-room cooking facilities but with no bar or restaurant. The staff and the service are excellent. It is clean close by Shinjuju station and near to many bars and restaurants. A place to stay in comfort rather than to enjoy as a destination in its own right.

Citadines selling strategy is to offer a studio apt room near to the main touristy area or major station for a reasonable price. The location will not be a stone throws away from the station (which will remove all the noise and crowd) but is located at a silent part of the area with easy access to subway stations, buses and taxis.

The rooms are spacious to Tokyo standards, very clean and modern. The small kitchenette is very handy to make quick tea/coffee and small meals/breakfast. The staff as expected are very friendly and service oriented. Definitely an easy place to pick and not worry about the usual qualms like noise, cleanliness, unfriendly staff etc.

We stayed here in April in Room 802. The front staff seem a little busy all the time and appear a little cold. The facilities are well maintained, with friendly cleaning ladies. It's warm and cosy, hot showers and a warm bed. High floor is always better. Free wifi as should be expected. The closest station is Shinjuku gyouenmae, 500m walk. Convenience stores everywhere and Nippon Rent-a-Car is 100m down the road. This location is just far enough away from the busyness of Tokyo to feel relaxing and close enough to be convenient still..

Room tip: No views, but high floors are always best
