Hotel is average if you have stayed in nice places. Food is nothing special, walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Staff not overly friendly. If your on a budget this is a good place to stay. It was clean and cheap.

My son and I enjoyed our stay here! I felt it was excellent value for the room rate: clean, comfortable, safe, ample parking, great amenities and friendly staff! I was worried we'd hear a lot of traffic off Ellerslie Rd., but it was a very quiet night's sleep. The pool and hot tub are very nice (and 5-year old approved!). We will be back!

Excellent hotel, great value for money and outstanding staff - Maria, Taneya and Pratik were all outstanding in Custormer Service - all went to great length to provide real services with unparalleled attitude!

Room tip: Flexible check out hours is a big plus - ensure you request at check in! Higher floors provide the serenity you crave for - ask for it!

We stayed here for 2 days for a soccer tournament and had a wonderful experience. Patik was especially helpful and accommodating at check in as we needs to switch rooms....he made a great first impression! The rooms are very nice and clean and the hotel is in a great location...we would recommend it and stay here again.

Stayed here three days when I was recently in Edmonton for business. The hotel is new so accordingly nothing in the hotel exhibits excessive wear and tear. Managed to use the fitness room during my stay, all of the machines are of course new as well, so you will not be disappointed using any of them.

Attached to the hotel is a White Spot which provides an easy place to go for breakfast, lunch and of course dinner. And since it is a White Spot, you know what level of food and prices to expect.

There is secure, free underground parking available here. I found this to be a very welcome thing since it was -14 C during my stay. I think that it will also be welcome during the summer as it provides a secure location.

While the hotel is fresh and new, and no experience I had negative enough to mention here in this review, I don't know if I will return when I am in Edmonton again. The problem for me is that it really is very far south of the city. There is not a lot of other amenities around it within walking distance so in the summer months you will be land locked. In the winter this goes without saying of course..... But, if you are looking for a location that has easy access to the airport, the highway and is new, then this is probably what you are looking for.

Room tip: Ask for the highest floor you can get. There is not much of a view here, but the it does get a bit better the higher up you go.
