Great little hotel , situated in a prime location for all attractions shops and nightlife .
Comfortable accommodation complimented by a friendly helpfull owner who can't do enough for guests ,
Free parking with hotel which saved us £50 worth of parking charges and the breakfast for £4 is brilliant and sets you up for the day , would recommend and as a regular visitor to Blackpool we will definitely be returning to tower view.

This hotel is in a great location but also an ideal place to stay for families, one of things that makes it stand out is the fact of how friendly the couple were, as we arrived to our room the lady noticed that the heating was not on in our room so she put it on for us, as we stayed here for 2 days i thought it was an excellent hotel as considering how close it is to the town centre there was no external noise. after reading all the other reviews i thought there must be some faults but i could not find any. i would book here again the next time i come to Blackpool.

It's really nice to be able to say thank you for a great review but at the end of an exhausting season it is even better. Many thanks and all good wishes.

Thank you to Jennifer and Nigel for a wonderful stay.
Tower View is a lovely place to stay and exceptional value. The hotel is situated in an ideal spot which is a short walk from the Tower and main sea front, but in a quiet area that ensured a good nights sleep. The room was spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. The full English breakfast was great value, variations were on offer, and there was plenty of it.The hotel was very well run by Jennifer and Nigel who were always cheerful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again for a very happy stay. Tony and Michele

Room tip: Owners very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble!

It is heartening to receive a review such as yours because your experience of staying here would appear to be exactly what we are trying to achieve. If we ticked all those boxes for you I am nothing short of delighted. Thank you so very much and we look forward to welcoming you again some time. All good wishes from us both.

this is the kind of review I hate doing, but the point of trip advisor is to give an honest and unbiased review even though you have really liked the host/ess. The owners were really good however the area (which cannot be changed) was poor. Lots of drunks and random people who seemed down at heel. Would not have walked into town from here. Dining room extremely cold, room cold and radiators unresponsive even after one hour at full. Breakfast standard and ordinary brought after cereals with no orders taken/ choices, white toast even if you did not want it, no breakfast menu or choices or veggie options. Served by an extremely tired and grumpy owner. Don't shoot the messanger

Room tip: rear to avoid noise of drunks and vagrants

I can see from your other TripAdvisor reviews that you like everything to be perfect when you travel. I understand that but I would politely ask you to consider that to a large extent you get what you pay for. Perhaps on another visit to Blackpool you might prefer to stay at the Best Western as I see you liked the one in Plymouth, of course that will cost considerably more than staying here.
We didn't have the central heating on much in September as it was very warm. I am sorry you didn't find it so. I do not recollect you telling me that you were cold, if you had I would have put a fan heater in your room to provide a source of heat apart from the central heating, which was off as I said.
We do not take orders for breakfast as such because we charge only £4.00 for a standard cooked breakfast along with cereals, tea/coffee, juice, toast and preserves which we believe represents outstanding value for money but we still use top class ingredients including free range eggs, thick cut bacon and quality beans. The budget doesn't run to adding anything more to the standard egg, bacon, sausage, hash brown and baked beans that we serve. Most people are very happy with the breakfast here so again, I am sorry it doesn't suit you. I have to say I am often puzzled as to why so many visitors to this town expect everything to be dirt cheap. Apart from property values we pay the same for everything here as in other parts of the country. Anyway, if the man serving your food appeared grumpy it will be because of tiredness and I apologise for that as well. We have had a very busy season and he does music gigs as well some evenings and is not as young as he once was. Unfortunately a second income is necessary, although one works hard in a small hotel it is impossible to live to any standard on that income alone.
Please read my other responses on here about the area. On the one hand most people staying in Blackpool want to park up and then walk to all of the attractions. This is fine, we are only about a 5 minute walk from everything except South Shore and Pleasure Beach. However, this does mean we are very close to town and all that represents. Like all town centres these days there are undesirable elements around especially at weekends and quite frankly when you think of how close we are to Blackpool's night life we get very little noise outside of our building. People should take into account that clearly we cannot guarantee silence like you'd get out in the suburbs. In a nutshell, you wouldn't go to Butlin's for a quiet holiday. Equally, you ought not to stay anywhere near the centre of Blackpool, or any other large town for that matter, if you want complete peace and no sign of drunks or vagrants. It's rather a different place during the week but almost everyone wants to come here at the weekend. No big town shows it's best side on a Friday or Saturday night, and that's a fact.

Very friendly welcome when we arrived and also very helpful. Great location as your close to everything but not right on the sea front so you can still get a good sleep. Room was great and extremely comfortable and also very clean. Owners really did there best to help us and allowed us to leave the car in the car park on the day of departure until 2pm which was great. Would definitely go back as could not fault the hotel.

Thank you very much for a lovely review. Always good to hear that guests have had a good stay. Found the key by the way. Getting toward the end of the season so bound to lose the plot I guess!
