We stayed here with my 3 kids and we all had a brilliant time... the staff were so friendly and helpful . The panda club alone was worth staying for. In the morning the kids were collected from the room and brought down for pancakes and could stay with club till 12.30 if we wanted.
They also got a dinner in the evening where they had a choice of food. The club leaders were also really nice and I felt very comfortable leaving my kids with.

I would have no complaints and will definitely be back.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and somewhat dated. The pool and fitness facility were quite adequate. The breakfast was superb. Once again wait staff in the dining area were not Irish, which is disappointing when one wishes to experience a "true Irish vacation". We found the front desk staff curt. They were professional, but rather abrupt and "all business"...none of the friendliness that Ireland is known for. They seemed to be going through the motions rather than taking an actual interest in the guests' well-being. Lot's of parking and walking distance to the town made the location ideal. Priced appropriately.

We are just back from a lovely stay at hotel Westport. Staff we're very friendly & helpful.
Breakfast was buffet & there was great selection. Bar food was delicious. Our room was very comfortable & modern with Air conditioning. I had a fabulous massage in the spa the girl was very professional. We did not make use of the leisure centre but the staff seemed very nice there also.
I will most definitely be returning to this hotel again.

Originally planned to stay for one night but decided to stay for two. The hotel is a short walk along the river from the centre of Westport, with the lovely weather we had this was very pleasant.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms we had were good, clean and two of us had balconies. They are a bit dated but they appear to be slowly refreshing rooms and now have what they call premier rooms. But the standard ones are fine.
Breakfast is a buffet with the ability to request poached eggs and porridge. If you can go when they are quietest as they struggle with these additional requests. First day asked for poached eggs - gave up waiting in the end. 2nd day got the poached eggs after some difficulties but lots of apologies from staff. Personally I'm not fond of buffet breakfasts but with the numbers here I don't believe they have any choice.
Overall this hotel is very good and I would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed on a 'Travelzoo' offer. Checked in early and given vouchers for tea/coffee in the bar whilst waiting for the room to be ready. Excellent two-room suite in most respects except for the 'toiletries' - hoteliers please note - there are those of use who do not like shower gel but prefer soap - especially if only a minuscule amount of gel comes out with each push of the plunger - and, and this is the biggest complaint - the dispensers are bolted to the wall and cannot be reached when sitting in the bath!

I was a bit suspicious when the earliest dinner reservation available was 2030, with dinner finishing at 2130. Sure enough, we sat until 2050 till we were attended to, with most of the staff laying tables for tomorrow's breakfast. The food, when it came, was rather good. The black pudding starter was excellent, the sirloin of beef suffered from having been 'plated up' since about 1730 when dinner had started, with most of the 'natural juices' (thankfully not "jus"!) all but dried up, and the crumble was excellent.

When what appeared to be the restaurant manager asked us how our meal had been, we told her our 'complaints' and she kindly refunded the cost of the wine and gave us a drink in the bar afterwards. So our 'complaint' was dealt with most satisfactorily.

Apart from these minor 'niggles' (and no review of mine would be complete without a few of those!) overall a very good stay and I would recommend it.
