Either the place got totally renovated or overhauled or the reviews on this place don't do it any justice. All I kept readng about was how this place had issues...well...not when I stayed there!

It was AWESOME!....the price was manageable and the place was phenomenal.

Great room (I stayed in room 215), great washroom with good spacious shower and separate tub, fantastic bed and plenty of perfect pillows as well as a clean duvet. It had a breath-taking view of the grounds which were kept very neat and a nice pool as well as a casino to boot.

We enjoyed the food too...I ordered a steak and it was cooked to perfection. Portions are very generous...wish I stayed longer to try more grub.

Did I mention the bed?...(although slightly on the soft side and falling a tad short of the Segara Bed Experience...see my review on that puppy)

The staff was cool and was very courteous and maintained my reservation despite not having a credit card available at the time.

I can't say enough about the place...it is literally a hidden gem and I almost don't wanna tell anyone about it. Experiences like these make me think twice about listening to or reading reviews anywhere...had I listened I probably would not have tried this secret treasure.

I will definitely return and try out the things I missed out on due to time constraints.

All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

One more thing...free massages, free breakfast buffet and a small amount of money (P300) to spend at the casino....crazy right?

I get massages all the time and this 15 minute (more like 30 minutes) welcome massage from an angel named ANGEL, was probably the best massage I've had in a very long time. I tipped her like a madman because she was THAT good.

Enough said...gotta see it to believe it...I wanna go back just to make sure all I'm saying holds true cuz I wouldn't wanna mislead anyone.

Room tip: Had room 215 and would get the same when I go back...overlooking and quiet

The room looked old, the wood panels of the toilet dresser and cabinets showed chipped off parts, all showing that there was no proper maintenance of the place. The linens looked crumpled and did not smell clean. Carpet had stains as well as on the sofa. do not waste your money by going to this hotel, overpriced for the kind of accommodation you will get.

stayed here last Oct 20-21 as a gift for my birthday :) the place is really nice and quite. They have an infinity pool, kiddie pool and a Jacuzzi style pool. service is good but they're shuttle service really needs improvement in terms of coordination. The room is big and nice, the bed is very comfortable, and they already have an extra pillow readily available if you need it :) food is a bit expensive though but okay. another thing that's nice is their massage service, which you can avail till 4am and the therapist are well trained, at least the one i got. over all stay at this resort is thunderiffic experience! :)

I was hoping this place would be perfect for our 14th month Monthsarry, but it was a disaster.. A complete nightmare..

The service in this hotel was terrible in every sense.
We waited for the bell boy or at least any staff to help us with our luggage since I picked up my SO from the airport. But since they were all indoors, I had to step out of my car and unload the luggage myself then I parked.
The front desk were not attentive. I had to wait for them to pause from their gossiping.

As we entered the room, it didn't look as impressive as I thought. Most especially the bathroom. It looked like it needs to be renovated. The tiles looks like hey are about to come off. Poor lighting in the bathroom make them appear dirty and grungy. We couldn't use the bathtub because there was no plug. And the worst feature of the room was the air conditioner. We couldn't set the temperature. Every time we try to set the thermostat to a lower temperature, it automatically goes back to 28 degrees. At that time, it was still high noon and very hot. Since we couldn't fix the thermostat settings, we called facilities to help us. But to our dismay, no one came in to help.
Out of exhaustion and the heat, we just dropped.

For the food, we ordered some food by the pool side. And again, it was another disappointment. The food wasn't that great but the service was terrible. The waiters were not paying attention to our order and I end up getting my cola after I have eaten my dinner.

Breakfast was a little okay. Not fancy but at least it was decent.

At check-out, the staff lost the deposit slip and we had to wait for almost 30mins for them to find it. And once again, the staff did not help us with out luggage. We had to haul our own luggage from the 2F down (despite of calling the front desk for help and there was no lift/elevator) to the lobby and from lobby to the pick up area.

Another note, I think it is unfair for them to treat us like we don't even exist. Just because we don't gamble doesn't mean we were not customers.

Truly, a very disappointing experience.
