The service of the hotel was good. The receptionist?manager? is friendly and helpful. I really wish the rooms could be a bit bigger, yet I do understand in Paris, with this budget, one can't expect too much. I would return someday although, if they could change their sheets and towels form the dark color to lighter color. Its hard to know how clean they are when they are in some sort of dark blue, which could make the guests feel a bit worried.
Other than that, the hotel is good. It is certainly in a nice neighborhood feel area and quite safe and night. Especially if you are staying in Paris for more than one night, you could consider using this as your home base, if you have limited budget.

My friend and I shared a room during our stay in a cold January 'vacation'. The neighborhood is very quaint and they are a lot of things to do within walking distance. The staff is friendly but I wouldn't dream of leaving any valuables, ie passport or money in my room. They don't have do not disturb signs. Also booked on a friends recommendation. The breakfast nook is appealing. Quaint and tidy but no where near a three or four star stay. Rooms way to small.

Lovely airconditioned rooms away from the tourist throngs,at the foot of interesting rue mouffetard . Experience a Parisian neighbourhood. Reasonable price.comfy beds . Good wifi. Bathrooms you can turn around in. We will be back !

Room tip: Quiet room away from the street.

My husband and I booked this hotel on a friends recommendation and we were extremely dissappointed, so much so we cancelled our stay once we arrived and booked somewhere else! I think we were given the worse room in the whole hotel, it was really small and dingy, a very depressing room, however it was clean. The decor was absolutely horrible and the room had obviously not been decorated since the 1970's (I think this also included the bed covers, pillows and sheets!), I know you don't come to Paris to spend all of your time in a hotel room but when it's your 1st wedding anniversary you do want something a little bit 'special' and this definitely wasn't it! I think the lady on reception was totally shocked when we said we didn't want to stay! To be fair she was very nice to us and did try to find us a better room but the hotel was completely full. Location wise, I dont know much about Paris as we'd never been before, but it looked quite far out to us and was a bit of a mission from the Eurostar. We found a MUCH nicer hotel 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and this was an excellent location and for the same price as this place, so do your research before booking!

We booked two room for our family of six. The rooms were clean and supplied nice toiletries. Although one room had a non working air conditioner, a price adjustment was made. The hotel staff were extremely nice and very accommodating. Hotel location was great...lots of cafés and boulongeries nearby. Wonderful stay.
