I was in Milan for two days and I stayed at the Flora Hotel. Location is good, close to the train station and the price was ok. The room/shower were very small but clean. The staff was great specially the lady working in the cafe..she is great. She makes the best coffee.

Flora is ok, has a good location right by the train station but at 75 euros is a bit pricey for the accomodation. You have to pay for tv in 5 or 10 hour blocks, who goes to a hotel to watch the television that long? You also have to pay for internet, and that was quite expensive, there are cheaper internet cafes in the square by the station. Recommended if you stay that you go to bed early as the walls are EXTREMELY thin and you hear everybody moving around in the morning, its quite loud. The one great thing here was the breakfast, a real nice spread. I am glad I had good company or else this could've been not so nice a stay :)

Dear Sir,

Thank you very much for having reviewed our hotel.

We just would like to inform you (and potentially all the readers) that THE TV IN OUR ROOM IS FREE! You have to pay 10 or 15 euros only if you want to watch the PAY TV (which consists of 10 channels beetwen adult movies, sport and cinema). Anyway with the FREE TV you have the possibility to watch for free 20 channels (among them 8 are international channels).

Internet is not free but we sell it at 5 euro per day: we believe it's a good deal if compared to other italian hotels.

Looking forward to welcome you again

We needed a hotel room for one night for a morning flight. It was difficult to find a place with a convention going on. This place worked out great. Very close to the central station and metro. Our room was a little dated, but clean. The shower was actually pretty good size.

The staff was excellent. Our room was not ready when we arrived, but they held our luggage and delivered to the room while we went exploring for the day.

A five minute walk (if that!) from central station this hotel is a great choice for an early train or plane connection. That aside the higlight of the hotel was definately the staff....who were friendly and helpful...and only to willing to provide advice on anything you might need. The rooms were small...but this is Italy but spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was included in the rate and was the usual Italian fare of coffee and assorted breads/pastries with condiments...perfectly adequate. All in all a good choice if you need to be close to the train station or are just passing through for a night.
