My partner and I have recently returned from a ten night stay at Villa Pardi and absolutely loved every minute of it. We were so warmly welcomed by Cinzia and made to feel at home immediately; nothing was too much trouble and Cinzia was amazingly helpful whenever we had a question. A fantastic lady with a lovely family who really helped make our stay the best it could be - a fab sense of humour too! We stayed in one of the studio rooms, just off the main villa, with a kitchenette and it was gorgeous; immaculately clean, tidy and spacious. We were blessed with stunning views over the countryside from our room. The villa itself has beautiful gardens that you can relax in during the evenings (take your mosquito spray - they are big!!). The pool area was a huge bonus for us and a fantastic, clean, well kept area to relax and cool down in. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and plentiful with a good choice of continental style ingredients - something for everyone. Great cappuccinos too. For us it was a dream come true to stay in such a beautiful place with such lovely, friendly people. We used it as a base to explore some of the areas of Tuscany we hadn't been to and it was such a welcome sight to return to in the evenings. (we used public transport and managed very well despite the rural location - just a bit of planning needed to ensure we got the right bus). I would recommend Villa Pardi to anyone - quite simply a little Tuscan treasure.

Room tip: You can't go wrong with any of the rooms - all lovingly restored and carefully decorated. There are no air conditioning units but that didn't bother us as we were able to keep our windows open all night which let in a lovely breeze. You may want to ensure you have some mosquito repellent though especially if you are susceptible to bites, even with the window nets up they somehow manage to sneak in!!

We really had a few laughs!! But that is the nice thing when we have some spontaneous people sleeping at VP. I hope you a nice trip back and maybe we will meet again. Regards Cinzia

My daughter and I stayed at Villa Pardi while driving through Tuscany. We loved everything about it. It is about 6k from Lucca where we enjoyed renting bikes and came home with a basket full of Italian delights which we enjoyed in the evening sitting at a table in the lovely gardens as the sun set. We also enjoyed a walk on the little road behind the villa that winds through the fields we could see outside our room. We had a studio room off the main villa and it was complete Tuscan charm with every convenience and spotlessly clean. Tile floor - beamed ceiling and a gorgeous window looking out on fields. the villa itself is a lovingly restored classic Villa - ask to see the photo of what it looked like in the 50's when Enzo and Rosa bought it and started the restoration. This is a family run business and you are welcomed as a beloved guest - everyone is so warm and charming. You cant go wrong here, the house, the gardens, the pool, the people all exceeded expectations - overall simply a delightful experience.

I recently stayed at Villa Pardi for 4 nights with 9 other friends as we celebrated a friends 60th birthday. From the moment we arrive Cinza and her family were so helpful, in fact going well and truly above what is expected from a host at a B&B. She organised taxis etc for us during our stay.
The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The pool area is very large and really comfortable. Breakfast is great. Simple but anything you could want and freshly made coffee as you arrive.
We organised drinks on the terrace in from of the villa and Cinza made sure we had the plates and glasses we needed.
I would recommend Villa Pardi to anyone.

We found Villa Pardi to be bleak, gloomy and mouldy, austere and uninviting. The bed looked like saggy foam, the garden unkempt, the pool in a huge tiled area with plastic chairs.
I guess I should have known from the price that this what not up to scratch, but then that's why we have Tripadvisor is it not.

Well, clearly not.
Sorry

We are a BB NOT an Hotel!!! If you had stayed you at least one night....you would have found out that asking you could had pillows for the swimmingpool beds and that our beds in the rooms are really comfortable and that it had rained a few days and that is was impossibile to cut the grass!!! But you have never slept here and I didn't charge any penalty and at the end I find a negative review on tripadvisor...really sad!!! Try to book 5star deluxe hotels next time.
