We arrived early to Letizia's beautiful house and warmly welcomed. We were shown our room just as the maid was finishing. Everything was spotless and we were shown around the house. The dining room has a large table for breakfast overlooking Siena. Stunning and great to meet other guests in the morning and to chat. It was warm, cosy and had lounges with comfy sofas to relax in and chat to other people .We were lucky enough to have the lilac bedroom with great views it deserves to be in Alastair Sawday's guide where I found it .

Had a great stay here with boyfriend. Very romantic. Amazing breakfast. Amazing view from hotel. Lovely room. Just make sure you let owner know when you are arriving! Or else you might be stuck outside the gate and not have intl roaming to be able to call them,ha! Rental car a must. Had a wonderful stay! Lovely management.

Perfect B&B if you want to enjoy the Tuscan countryside, be close to cities (Siena in particular of course) yet be able to escape from the busy crowds. Perfect setting, really nice garden where an abundant breakfast is served in summer, and an infinity swimming pool with a view on nearby Siena! The house itself is nicely decorated, we had the lavender room which was big enough for a 3rd bed (we are couple with a 5-year old). Wifi didn't always work though.

Admittedly this place is a little hard to find (we didn't know if we were at the right place on arrival due to the coded electronic gates and very small sign) and it is a good drive into town (hire a car!) but the stunning views; beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms; attentive hosts; delicious breakfast and peaceful surroundings more than made up for its slight remoteness. We were also on our 'minimoon' so were left a bottle of prosecco in our room which was a lovely touch.
The manager recommended a couple of restaurants to us that were nearby (still a drive away) and they were both great and very good value for money. The weather was too chilly to make use of the infinity pool during our stay (end of May), so we will be back at some point to make use of it!

If you are going to Siena, stay here! The farmhouse is lovely, the room was spotless with bags of character. The pool overlooking Siena is breathtaking. Breakfast is outside with homemade cake and fresh pastries. The owner is very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. It is out of the centre so a car is best but apparently there is a bus nearby. Will definitely return, wouldn't stay anywhere else! Thank you for a lovely stay!
