The fourth circle in my feedback is solely due to outstanding customer service at the front desk. The hotel is really nice, room and beds are comfortable. Situated as close to Old Town as you can get. However... The streets outside the hotel has only a sorry excuse for a sidewalk, and Fridays and Saturda evenings the streets are a death trap from young hooligans speeding their old wrecks. With an infant in a trolley one is forced to walk in the streets. Breakfast is also disapointing. It is probably well intended and have potential. Typical Eastern European food. However fried eggs are soggy and only barely touched the pan. Likewise the scrambled eggs. Items run out early and does not get restocked and staff is not readily available for refills. Drinks are tap water in jugs, a sorry excuse for powdered orange juice and some vile looking multivitamin juice. Coffe is goid though. Nice machine. Pastry and sweets are from last week... All in all... Good hotel, nice staff. Eat breakfast elsewhere and be careful outdoors. Restaurant... good food, not too cozy environment. I need to end this by praising staff at front desk for excellent and outstanding service beyond the expected...
