This house/hotel is probably the most unusual building in Dalat. A network of stairs take you around the building past variously themed hotel rooms. This place is a fantasy land for kids as it is more from a Dr Seuss book than reality.

Parts of the building are still under construction and other parts are under decay. I don't think it is necessary to see this place, however, it is unusual and children will probably love it. Looking at the rooms I don't think I would want to stay here, and I believe prices are very expensive anyway

To enter the Crazy House it cost 20,000 per ticket. It is an easy 15 - 20 minute walk from town. The completed part looks pretty run down, with paint peeling off everywhere, yet they are building a new section of the "house" at the back. Not that fantastic, and definitely wouldn't bother if you were short on time, but it is ok to see if you combine it with a walk onto the cathedral as well.
