This lodge was really good considering you are in the rainforest, maybe 40 minutes away from Iquitos by boat. You will have restricted energy (green initiative), wi-fi (just on the dining room), hot water and TV cable, these is enough for anyone that is looking for some adventure and not to be disconnected at all. The room was ok; constructed all in wood, huge with a king size bed and a bathroom with the necessary to be confortable. The windows are all cover with a mosquito net in order to don’t let any insect get into the room, certainly they figured out how to get in anyways; so recommendation, you should check your bed before go to sleep. Recommendation for the manager; change the curtains, they are awful. The excursions and walks are really good, the guide was ok. We visited the Boras and the Jibaros. For the excursions ask for a rubber boots, you should need them during the walks in the wetlands. In sightings, we were blessed for mother nature, showing us a pigmy marmoset (the smallest monkey over the world), a lot of birds, pink dolphins over the Amazon river, tarantulas, an sloth and many kind of frogs, was superb!. The lodge have a pool were we had a very nice time in the toboggan. The food was pretty good, nothing gourmet but delicious. The staff was really helpful and kind all the time; Amador, the manager...This lodge was really good considering you are in the rainforest, maybe 40 minutes away from Iquitos by boat.
