Superb staff and location. They upgraded me as I was myself for 2 nights into an apartment even though 2 separate bookings. Hotel right beside old town and pubs/restuarants area. I went on a walking tour that was worth it but never had enough time to see all the city offers as on a football trip

I have stayed at this hotel for 5 times already. I have tried talking to management but they cannot get past the Romanian service threshold.
They do not listen to their customers. they think they know better. and it is all in the small things.

1. no facial tissues. - you need to cut toilet paper to blow your nose. in 2014 !! at a 4 start hotel !!
2. wash cloths - they haven't heard of them.
3. TV channels for English speakers.- If you don't like watching news, you are out of luck.

small details that make the stay OK instead of great. !

The rest is really good.

Slept at this hotel for one night! Good hotel, very clean, but a little bit crowded. Very good location, in the old town. Lots of restaurants, bars and nightlife nearby. The staff is good, polite. Good option.

Great place very close to famous bars and pubs.(Just behind of it) Very kind people working there. They can help you about nearest travel agency or any other question. Rooms are silent and always clean. Thanks for the great Bucharest days there.

We stayed here for family trip. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and the room was ready for us. We had a suite which gave our teen son a bit more space. The room was a corner room with a great view of the Romanian Orthodox Church. You are on edge of old town where there is plenty to see and very good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices. The hit on service comes from the staff's failure to have our to go breakfast ready one morning as we had early start for tour. They were apologetic enough but we still left empty handed.
