I am a frequent business traveller. Due to suddent travel had to stay at the Jukaso Inn, Sunder Nagar, New Delhi. Right from the time i entered the place, it became apparant that this was a "once upon a time" hotel. The reception, checking process and the room.... it was a terrible experience. There is only one elevator and it was not working. The room was fairly large with a king size bed, but the furniture seemed to have worn out over time. There were mosquitos in the room and the linen and the upholstry seemed to have a pecuiliar odour. The TV was an outdated TV, of 14" size and the remote did not work. The toilet was roomy enough but lacked the basic hygiene and amenites - such as a health faucet or disinfection. The shower did not work properly and the drain was choked. It looked like the staff were simply going through the motions and had no interest in providing service. The small little restaurant looked like more of an after-thought and the breakfast spread was minimal. The hotel was highly over-priced, with charges akin to a 4 star hotel. This experience is exactly what a hotel should not be. Advise - stay away as far as possible, unless you are desparate for shelter.

Were scheduled to stay for 4 days but left after one night... The rooms are too small.. Not enough space for even one suitcase.. No wardrobe ..television an outdated tiny one ..room was musty and looked like the paint had been patched up.. The air con was erratic.. Didn't work well..not at all comfortable...

I should have read the reviews before entering this inferno.
I heard from a friend about the hotel so an extra night I had to stay in Delhi I decided to try it. It is very well located, and I found it was clean (except for the windows, but that is in any hotel in Delhi due to the huge amount of pigeons). The clerk at the reception desk was extremely rude. The food is awful, breakfast is sad.
One positive thing is that internet is available in the room

the room was very narrow with hardly any space to move about, the walls were patched up though clean, the toilet had a tile broken and an electric wire peeped out. The aircon was too high and no controls to turn it down. The internet though was available and free but at times too slow and took ages to connect.
Though the toiletries were good and many the housekeep did not replace them every time.
The elevator refused to work once during my two day stay.
Thee breakfast and dinner were good and tasty though there was not much variety to choose from.

It is in center of Delhi. Most of the things is accessible from this hotel. This hotel is in Cannught Place. Best part metro station is walkable from hotel and from this metro station you can travel entire NCR. Rooms are clean, staff is good, rate are good as compare to other hotel in this area.
