This is a gorgeous resort. We stayed in building 7 which was only opened in June of this year. It was extremely clean and a a great size. We stayed in a 3 bedroom for 8 nights. With a family of 5 ,we would be killing eachother normally within 2 days. But this place is like a home away from home. There were 4 large flatscreen tv's. The pool was beautiful and probably one of the biggest pools we've stayed at. Even with other families in the pool, no one seemed to get in anyones way. The only downfalls to this resort is that it is so big. Being in building 7, the pool is quite a long way away. You don't want to really walk it in the heat. Also the breakfast was pitiful. We went down in the beginning but ended up just making breakfast in our room because even the toast there was nasty. Also, there was a lady down in the breakfast area working who pretty much had no personality and a wicked attitude. It surprised me that she was working there considering absolutely everyone else that worked there was very friendly and more than helpful.

We did encounter a little problem while we were there. On our 2nd day at the pool there was a bit of a fuss because there was a snake in a bush. The resort manager and other worker were trying to find it and had a net so we thought that they would catch it and release it in the open lake area right beside the pool. To make a long story short, thats not what happened. The RM caught it and whipped its head to the ground killing it instantly. My 3 daughters watched the entire thing and my 11 yr old was devasted. She cried for 2 hrs and the next day refused to go to the pool. I got her to write a note to the resort and dropped it off before going out later on. When we came back there was a letter from the resort manager saying he was sorry that he did that but most people were pleased that he did. He then said from now on they would "shoo"them away and she saved the lives of future snakes. She was happy with that.
All in all, it's a great resort, great location too.More
