I always liked the rooms in this hotel as it has a sofa/chair/desk with a little kitchen in the entry and the bed is semi-separated by a partial wall. The furniture is getting a bit rough and the carpets are starting to show their age, especially in the hallways. In front of the elevators, the carpets are all bunched up from wear. The breakfast is ok - bagels, pastries, muffins, etc. Depending on the time you get there, there may be bacon and eggs.
Be aware that this hotel is close to the shopping areas (which is great) but it also attracts buses full of people there for shopping and they can be very loud. We stayed on the third floor and the racket from lots of people coming back from shopping at around 10-10:30 lasted at least 45 minutes until they calmed down and everybody went to their rooms (until then, the discussions and laughter of the day's trips went on in the hallway - usually not bothered by noise in the hallway at that early time but put around 50 people in the hallway all talking and trying to talk over each other, it can get very loud) and then they got up at 6AM to take their bus and the racket lasted another 30 minutes.
Decent price and would recommend if you are not looking for anything extra special.More
