Booked this hotel for 3 days stay through a Priceline deal. For the price paid, the place was average but this place needs to improve a lot. Lobby entry has a notice stating that it is being renovated but it is far from true. The hall way and carpets in room was very shabby as though it was cleaned eons ago. The room was spacious with a kitchen but the utensils are available only on request at the front desk. Front desk was very responsive and accommodating. Grab and go breakfast was really nature valley, coffee and apples. We traveled with a toddler and had to stop at nearby Walmart for milk. The entire place is labeled as non-smoking but there is always a foul smell around. Towels had stains in it and there is no housekeeping. On the second day of stay, front desk called to inform that water was getting shut down due to maintenance work. Overall this place is enough for an overnight stay and certainly not for a longer stay

The entire experience from beginning to end was extremely poor. We were put in a smoking room the first night (despite requesting non-smoking). The room wasn't clean. There weren't any towels in the room. We couldn't change rooms/hotels because we booked through Price Line which means no refunds no matter what. Despite no smoking signs throughout the facility - staff and other consumers smoked at every entrance which is difficult if you don't smoke. Even after moving to a 'non-smoking' room my clothes still end up smelling like smoke. Cleanliness is relative in this place (and the pics online are either really old or are of the Extended Stay that is across the street). The carpets leading from the lobby to the rooms were dingy and looked as if they had never been cleaned or replaced. The carpets in the rooms weren't much better. The carpets were vacuumed between stays but not really cleaned thoroughly.
The bathroom curtain had at least 4 inches of mold on the bottom. The refrigerator and stove were both dirty. There was no cart to help with luggage. At least two exits were propped open our entire stay and at least once it was obvious the staff knew it was open and left it that way. In fact I moved the stick that kept it open and it was replaced. For almost any problem the staff indicated they were undergoing renovations. While, each time we asked we were given clean towels the staff almost always seemed surprised to have clean ones available.
Throughout our stay the staff were pleasant (the highlight of our stay), but were either not trained well, had poor supervision or were just uninterested in doing more than just the minimum. It was great that staff speak and get to know the residents but every time I saw them they were doing just that -talking to each other or other 'longer term' residents. I could not recommend this place to anyone.

I was going to give this hotel a 3.5 star, for the friendly customer service and the clean large room I received. Then I didn't receive clean towels even when I requested them. I was told they had none available and they would only be able to wash my towels from yesterday once they had a full load. Housekeeping is also a fee. Parking is free, wifi is free and breakfast is free. Our room was large and clean, just make sure to bring extra towels. You are near walmart, target, sams club and office depot.

My friend and I landed a steal on this hotel through Priceline and it was totally worth it. It is located in the heart of the research triangle with convenient highway access. There is ample parking. The checkin process was a breeze. Our room was small but full of the necessities. The bed was comfortable and the desk/table with two work chairs was nice. The breakfast was totally sufficient but it is only stocked with coffee, fruit and granola bars. Our only complaint was the recliner in our room was totally busted.

This hotel is barely up to the standards of a $40/nt motel and I'm paying double the rate that I could pay there. Lobby is small and VERY dirty. Neighborhood is questionable and the smell in the hallway to the room was almost unbearable. Room, on the surface looked OK, but upon further inspection was dingy. I was afraid to sit on the bed or touch anything for fear of unknowns. No way I would have walked around bare foot. I didn't stay more than 30 minutes and most of that was to find a better hotel. None of the hotels in the area are 4 or 5 starts, but this one is about 1/2 start in my book. I'd gladly pay the nightly rate charge and check out opposed to sleeping here. The only hotel I've stayed worse is in a third world country with a single hotel in a very small town. I didn't sleep that night at all. Can't imagine here would be better. VERY disappointed considering the airline recommended this place.

Access to food or other things is not reasonably close.

Do yourself a favor. Find a better place. There's 5 within walking distance.
