I stayed at this hotel for one day and it was an unpleasant experience.
When I checked in, the lady at the front desk told me there was a "renovation fee" - I asked why and she mentioned the numerous hotel improvements so I ended up given a small amount - more on this later.
When I got to my non-smoking room, the bathroom faucet was clogged so I went back downstairs to get a new room. Speed service is not what this hotel does best - Not only did she had me wait until all incoming customers were taken care of eventhough I was there before them, but as I waited, I noticed she was not asking them about the "renovation fee".
When I asked why, she said that she only asks customers that book through third party vendors (i.e. hotels.com, expedia.com..) but have an "option" to pay - she certainly did not tell me I had the option to pay anything and why is this additional cost passed along to customer? It's ridiculous.
Secondly, the following day the person I was staying with used the bathroom and informed me there was no toilet paper.
I went downstairs and they did not have any - was not surprised - but told me someone would bring it up when their available.

I only chose this hotel for the close proximity to my intended destination but had I known the service was horrific, I never would have stayed here. The only good thing, if any, about this hotel is the parking lot.
