Actually Amar7 already said everything. It is exactly like that. We were there in June and were the only OK one's so we had a perfect stay enjoying the pool and the view. Still breakfast is not good at all and you can hear the street a bit. The owner is very friendly and helps you to find good spots in Lefkada. All in all a nice place to stay. Maybe best in June or September when it is more quiet.

La Casa Di Nonna is a very good choice. Every room has a sea view, the rooms are ok, clean but nothing fancy. The bathroom is very small. The most spectacular thing about this place is the infinity pool and the pool area itself. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only bad thing that I can say about this place is the breakfast. It was very poor in choice and every day it was the same.
Overall I had a very nice time there :)

We stayed one week at the hotel (2 adults,2 teens) and enjoyed it very much. The location is peaceful nearby a little village Nikiana. The views are magnificent to the Ionian sea from the pool and from the rooms. The rooms were clean and the size was good enough for 2 people. The staff was friendly and very helpful in any questions. The breakfast was served by the pool , which was nice. Also the snacks from the bar ( by the pool) were fresh and tasty. We can recommend this hotel to the people who are looking for a peaceful place to stay out of the tourist centers, but still near the amenities.
