Cancel flights without clear reason, horrible customer service. 3 days delay.
Taipei - KinmenDomestic
Flight back to Taipei got cancelled due to “mist”. Not delayed, but directly cancelled. The mist was not that bad, and only 3 flights in the morning got cancelled. Less than an hour after the scheduled departure time of these flights other flights departed without problems. Now we are stuck on Kinmen island, and the first available flight is 3 days later! Absolutely horrifying customer service.

Flawless experience cancelling a flight

My travel plans changed and I had to cancel my booking, which I had made online through the Uni Air website. It took me some time to read through the policies and find a link to the correct webpage to request a refund. But the page worked smoothly, the questions asked were simple and straightforward, the 10% cancellation charge was clearly indicated, and within seconds of submission I received an email confirmation. I really appreciate that I did not need to call customer service and waste money and time on an international call. I am a very frequent air traveler, and this is the best experience I have ever had with cancelling an air booking. I will not hesitate to use Uni Air in the future.

The staff were very friendly and could speak and understand English. The boarding was effortless and wouldn’t know it was a budget airline. I would highly recommend this airline

Clean and well-maintained aircraft. Great way to visit Penghu for an adventure for the day, several flight schedule options. Will definitely fly this airline again 😊

Great flight
Hualien - TaipeiDomesticEconomy
I needed to travel on a particular morning from Hualien to Taipei but all the train tickets were not available. So booked the flight for 888 twd ( which is about £24 sterling). Modern Hualien Airport was practically deserted when I got there in the morning and so check-in was quick. The actual flight took no more than 30 mins. We landed at Taipei Sung Shan airport and within a very short time, I was on the MRT. Quick, pleasant, inexpensive flight and the clean airports were not crowded at all.
