this was a good comfortable flight ,paid a bit more for the flat bed and was worth it,have used airasia on many occasions would use them again, mostly because of price, but also due to all flights have been ok however a glass of wine or beer to buy would be nice.

Travelled with family of 3 of which my son is 2 year old, no priority boarding for family. Even when we took flight from Melbourne to KL or KL to Jaipur, boarding process is really poor, overall flight is good. Also, as they discount their seats lot of people with no sense of respect for others also travel.

coffee served taste much better than the one served on airasia. crew almost forgot my daughter's meal which was pre-booked. fortunately she sat nearby so its easy for me to remind them. hope the management can logically using their logic system to auto allocate seats for mother/parents and children to sit together without having to pay extra to choose its...

Great experience, seat is comfortable, service is on par with high cost airlines. Most important is I traveled to Japan with much lower cost.

We had a delayed flight departure yet AirAsia were efficient and seamless in transferring a plane load of passengers onto a new aircraft, kept us all well informed. Once we were onboard the flight to Amritsar crew couldn't have more helpful and polite. Food was good, seats in the Quiet Zone were comfortable and I really appreciated being in a...

seats may be a little bit narrow for some "oversized" passengers - but leg room is OK.. I fly with them often, never select seats or any other "stuff", just turn up at the airport with hand luggage strictly under 7kg....sometimes I wonder why I can't carry more luggage since I weight only 60kg... Some "oversized" passengers carry over 20kg...

For a low cost carrier, this airline has great planes, food service and comfortable seats. We weren’t on the longest flight but having a good seat makes a world of difference.

Cabin luggage entitlement needs to be strictly enforced. Boarding should be better controlled. Stop the practice of waiting for late passengers for departure
