Though being a budget airliner, the services could be improved at least with a courtesy free drink. The drawbacks include the comfort of the seats and the spacing of the seats but that cannot be disputed with as with the size of the aircraft. But if you are paying a higher price as in a last minute decision, then it...

I understand is budget airline and I very appreciate with the service from cabin crew. Only very disappointed with the nasi lemak we purchase online, last year when I travel and having the same nasi lemak the taste still acceptable but this time really bad, sambal belacan smell too strong, chicken mashed and rice not fully cooked.

this is a really good, value for money airline. Air Asia X really do take care of you and the attendants are very pleasant. the only thing i didn't like was before landing in Auckland, the attendants came around spraying stuff around the cabin making it a bit uncomfortable to breath and it also stank. I know that they have...

Firstly, let's be clear: it's not a terrible airline. We all know that budget airlines cost that much for a reason. But what I've generally come to expect from Air Asia flights is that it will almost always be delayed by at least 1h, and the ascending/descending can get bumpy. Flight from SG to Bandung wasn't delayed by too much,...

I traveled back in April 2018 to the Maldives, all I have to say is that this airline is by far the worst. I happened to fall ill during my flight and raced to the bathrooms several times to throw up, I asked the air hostess for a plastic bag because I did not want to throw up on the...

1) Price - quite cheap 2) Service - not bad (KL->Taiwan), very good (Taiwan-KL) 3) The on the ground staff in Taiwan is very helpful and nice. 4) I think due to weather, the plane was no able to be landed and being hold on the air. Due to the air pressure, my ears were so pain.
