I took my first Aer Lingus flight (EI-128) on Nov 15th, 2017....and flight EI-129 on Nov 26th, 2017 the ground staff at the gate C32 at YYZ were excellent; super friendly & patient. Flight 129 was a Boeing airbus 330-300. Each one of Aer Lingus Jets are named after a Saint, I flew to Dublin on St Patrick (Flight 128)...

That was my first time flying Aerlingus as I always go for Ryanair in order to save money...and I have to say ... it was lovely!!! Staff very friendly and very good service on board. No hassle or stress to get on board with bags, like I’m used to have flying with low cost. Very good!!! It will be my...

Very pleasant staff on the flight. They were very attentive and pleasant throughout. Ground staff need to make arrangements for use of other business class lounges when theirs is closed.

Check in shocking. Long queues and only 3 staff checking people in. Children getting upset. Seemed to be plenty of aerlingus staff around and trying unsuccessfully to persuade people to use machines to check in. Flight itself was early getting into Manchester but then a further 45 minutes for bags to appear. Might go back to Ryanair in future

This was my first international flight. I could not believe how attentive and gracious the flight attendants were. We had food all the way over and again all the way back. This is the way it used to be flying domestic. At this point this airline gets it right.

This experience could not have been worse. My 5 friends and I had booked a trip to Barcelona with a layover in Dublin. Expecting extreme weather in Boston the day of our flight, I called Aer Lingus to see if they would switch our flight since it would likely be cancelled. They told me they could not switch us until...

Overall, I really liked Aer Lingus’ product In the air. I sat in seat 5K on their A330-300 aircraft, which is a single seat with both window and aisle access. The seat was very comfortable and the flight attendants were super nice. However, as I am not a normal Aer Lingus customer ( I bought my ticket using miles through...

Flying Aer Lingus becomes a habit if you travel to the same destinations more than once. You feel at home among friends and cabin crew always appear to be there just for you. It doesn't seem like it's economy class as they always seem glad to see you. Nonetheless they are efficient and professional and you feel safe with them...

First time flying with Aer Lingus, great experience in all ways. Dublin is a very easy airport to use. Lovely pre flight lounge. Pre clearence of USA immigration is such a great plan. The flight was really good, slight criticism would be that the business class seats were hard, little more comfort would have been ideal. Food and service was...
