Our original flight, at 08:55am Nov 4th, was cancelled outright with less than 12 hours notice (~21:30 Nov 3rd). The flight was rescheduled >8 hours later to 3pm, with an added stop in the middle, getting us in >12 hours beyond originally scheduled. This flight was rescheduled a third time. Then, finally, canceled yet again and rescheduled a fourth time, which would've had us flying to a third destination, Cordoba, and then flying back to Mendoza, then finally to Buenos Aires well over 36 hours after originally scheduled. When we approached the gate agent around 2pm, she only offered to "try" to get us onto a flight the next day, November 5th, and she said she "couldn't guarantee it wouldn't get rescheduled." She offered us no alternate compensation and told us she was sorry, but this wasn't her fault; it was "the airline's fault for not paying our salaries." During this time, AA customer service would not respond to us for hours or days. All communication is copied in a folder attached. Because Aerolineas Argentina left us abandoned and without recourse, we were forced to purchase two alternate flights and a hotel at the last minute in the amount of $1,052.32. We still arrived at our destination 24 hours late, but well before AA told us they could get us there. This is without considering the immense inconvenience and distress caused during our Honeymoon.…
