Sketchy, bootleg airline

Didn't even end up travelling with them. They kept moving our flight around and we decided to cancel 4 months in advance of the flight. When we did cancel, they would not refund or even give a travel voucher because we bought the tickets in the United States. I would STRONGLY recommend against Americans attempting to travel on this airline.

Not recommended, greedy airline

The entertainment system was not working at my seat and the cabin crew promised several times that it will be repaired in five/ten minutes. Only after two hours admitting that it does not work at all. They had to know that it does not work as the system was not working at other adjacent seats as well. They just made me stupid. The food was not good. Just junk food with a lot of sugar added. Who wants to eat plane yogurt with additional sugar or sweat bread? Disgusting. It is a greedy airline. We were travelling as a couple. We wanted to check in pretty in advance, but there were no two adjacent seats together, except for seats, which required additional payments. It was apparently purposeful scheme to get more money from the customers. Then, we both had seats in the middle of rows. As we travel a lot, it has never happened to us that we would not be sitting together.

Horrible experience

Really bad service overall, since getting to the counter and then waiting for the luggage for more than one hour, didn’t know an airline could be so bad. Avoid it at all cost

Just travel with Delta

The most inefficient customer service i've ever had to deal with. They had me running around trying to get simple answers for two whole days and in the end their only offer was for me to buy another $3000 plane ticket. As a fellow traveler i suggest LITERALLY any other airlines besides this joke of one.

Careful with baggage allowance scam.

We have booked our flight in booking.com and we have decided to take Aeromexico because we had the idea of a better service compared with other low cost carriers. We saw we had to pay for our 25 kg suitcases and it was stated as 25 kg allowance in booking.com page so we paid for 3 . Arriving to our check in surprise surprise is only 20 kg , so we had to show and prove what we had been promised when we booked our flight was 25 kg. The staff wasn’t interested they did not show any empathy they said is booking.com fault and we still have to pay, didn’t even tried to understand they made us pay . We truly believe both as big companies should have a staff dealing with this and that shouldn’t affect customer’s experience specially if when we bought it I did said 25kg. The face of the supervisor, body language and lack of empathy was very disappointing from customer experience point of view . Not professional at all and there was nobody else who you could speak with us about it . They gave us separate seats and we were travelling with a baby and a 4 year old, we had to be asking last minute to change them . It was a complete stressful experience. Never again.
