This was my first time flying AeroMexico and it was amazing. Employees were so nice and service was exceptional. Way better than the "big" airlines. I will definitely be flying with them again. Only thing I didn't like was the late flight time leaving New Orleans Also, I paid for the upgrade for bags and legroom. It wasn't much but...

In the past we used Continental, and then United but since United and other airlines have made it nearly impossible to get to your destination on the same day, we decided to try Aeromexico. It was our first time bringing our pet with us "Rocky" our little cavalier king charles, and we were worried about the trip but when I...

Flew first class from Mexico city to Chicago. It was such a delightful trip. Overall it was similar to domestic united first (hard product). The seat, however, has foot rest, and that was a huge plus. The seat also has decent recline and good IFE. The movie collection was really good. The food was very tasty and the attendant professional...

First time flying domestic in Mexico and didn't know what to expect. We got first row economy and the flight was a pleasant journey. Flight attendants were friendly and spoke decent English (note that I do not speak any Spanish). Overall service level was a bit better than US airlines.

At flying with Aeromexico always keep on mind that the worst could happen. Not fatally speaking, but this airline dont care much about the clients and cancel your flight just becasue they dont get their minimum quote for operation is not a problem for them, meals on board are peanuts and a soft drink, most airplanes are old, very often...

I was skeptical to fly on AeroMexico as I have received so much negative feedback from a number of people. My overall impression is that a majority of the personnel on the ground as well as in the air were simply RUDE! There were a few exceptions but it would be safe to say that the number rude people is...

Terrible, terrible, from customer service ,to checking , to flight. But specially costumer service. In May , I had to travel unexpectedly to Cuba due to my dad being diagnosed with cancer. Due to USA rules (to long to explain) my sister bought me the ticket with Aeromexico to flight MEX-HAV. Turns out I couldn't flight thru there(regulations). They wouldn't...

This is the worst experience I've had with an airline. After the website booked my ticket twice, I tried calling customer service to cancel one. Instead, the customer service representative insisted that I could only change the date but they could not cancel nor refund me the erroneous ticket since it was non-refundable. To change the ticket date, they charged...

My cousin booked our flights from Dallas to Cancun to Cuba to Mexico City. We flew Aeromexico. Our flight from Dallas to Cancun was cancelled due to bad weather. It took 2hrs in the airport line to reticket but possibly could have been done much more quickly online (we just didnt have a device). The airport customs system is chaos...

There were so many negative reviews of Aeromexico that I wanted to switch airlines but cuz we were a family of 5 we were trying to save every penny. Our departure was from LAX and connecting flight to Mexico City to Cancun. Once arrived in Mexico City you CANNOT just assume and stand around. Look up at the TV screens...
