Flight on time, clean efficient plane, great cabin crew who made things individualised and made a point of getting to know you yet also have space for rest. Food wasn’t great but no worse than typical airline fare.

Our first trip to Scotland. We are meeting folks who flew ahead of us. If we could cancel our trip we would but can’t due to obligations we have made to friends including sharing costs of trip in Scotland. Our flight was on Air Canada Rouge 1904 nonstop from Toronto to Edinburgh. We booked Premium Economy (somewhat business on the...

We traveled from Los Angeles to Calgary with our four grandchildren, ages 6-12. It was a lovely flight. The stewardess was thoughtful of the children and helpful. At the end of the flight she arranged for the children to meet the pilot and enter the cockpit--a big thrill for the kids. We will definitely fly Air Canada again.

Most of the process was quite smooth. Food was ok as well. Their seating and legroom, even if it was economy was smaller than most other airlines, and for a flight of over 8 hours, it turned out to be very tiring and uncomfortable.

THE WORST company ever, BAD service, rude no knowledge. My flight was AGAIN delay for more than 5 hours, weather sunny, clear no rain, no wind, the reason....Technical problem means AIR CANADA AGAIN didn't do it's job properly. Any consideration for traveler AT ALL. This company is a shame for Canadians.

The quality of the flight was excellent. Clean, great service, attentive flight attendants. However, I will never visit Canada again. When the airport police searched my carry-on, they DEMANDED I reveal the password to my laptop. I didn't know what my rights were in Canada, so I complied. Three airport police spent a half hour going over all my files...

Compensation sucks! Both my wife and I were traveling to London England for our honeymoon and our entertainment system as well as all the lighting wasn’t working in our section. Gave us a 10% coupon off our next travel with Air Canada. Keep it! Not good enough after spending 3K for that flight. Where I had no tv or lighting...

Perfectly decent 3 hour flight, pleasant enough meal all evaporated in a moment. So we gety to the front of the queue at Canadian immigration only to find that we did not have a customs form..... I think without exception whatever country I have entered these have been distributed on board ior at least reference made to them. So back...

Very enjoyable Business Class flight to Calgary from Toronto. A bit late leaving from Toronto but nothing too serious. Had the tenderloin for lunch...it was very good and tasty as were the vegetables. Service was very friendly and attentive. Wide variety of movies available as well.
