Our flight was delayed 4 hours out of Calgary, the check in staff were very busy trying to get new flight connections for passengers. We missed our connection to Australia but Alaska Airlines looked after us and accommodated us in Seattle airport at a lovely hotel and rebooked us for the next day. Have flown with Alaska several times and...

We were on the early shuttle to Seattle for our connecting flight to Kona. We decided to check bags (we rarely do this) but checked 2 bags in Portland to Kona. Pane was boarded and ready to go on time, but it was noon at SeaTac and we had to wait several minutes to even leave the gate to taxi....

Full flight but impressed how quiet the cabin was. No disruptive food service in the middle of the night. (Who needs to eat at 2 a.m.) Only drawback was, on the return flight, boarding was disruptive as too many large bags were allowed on. The overhead bin space was overwhelmed. Much reshuffling of bags to bins scattered throughout the plane, coats,...

Alaska Airlines was a pleasant flight in s new jet with so much excellent service. The attendants were friendly and made everyone feel welcomed aboard. The drink service was quickly dispatched on this 45 minute flight. It was just a lovely flight.

flights in the US are a real hit and miss it seems regardless of carrier, as per usual which seem to not be the norm flight time and aircraft changed. Nothing to amazing going on here either. My flight to SFO with Virgin was a much better aircraft. Alaska did seem to have more leg room which is a positive

Alaska Airlines at this time is the only airline flying directly from San Diego to Maui. What a great way to go without worrying about missing connections and luggage. Service has been great and flights on time. I appreciate the ability to use my tablet to watch certain TV shows and movies for free using the airline's wifi and entertainment...

Leaving Seattle-Tacoma airport November 3rd, 2017. We got delayed by 4 hours. The snow flurries were causing a big problem. Things happen, we were delayed, but the delay caused us to miss our connecting flight to Peru. I have missed flights due to delays in the past, so It wasn’t the end of the world. What I have never had...

About Alaska Airlines
The seventh-largest airline in the United States, Seattle-based Alaska Airlines (AS) flies to about 100 destinations in the United States, Mexico and Canada. As the name implies, it's a major carrier in the state of Alaska, flying to about 20 large and small destinations throughout the state. The airline has four hubs: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Portland International Airport (PDX), Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). Most of its aircraft operate with two classes of service: First Class and Economy Class. Passengers flying in First Class have access to the airline's lounge, known as the Board Room, which has locations at about 20 airports.
