So our trip from EWR to SFO was good except the internet was not working so could not use the tv's at all. Good thing we brought our own music/entertainment. Good thing we were thrilled they had outlets near the seats so we could charge our devices! Overall the service was good.

Short 2 hour return flight - efficient boarding, comfortable seats and excellent selection of films. Free soft drinks and good range of alcohol and snacks, ordered from the screen at your seat. Helpful staff and crew members.

Alaska has very good service on their planes. The seats are very good and so is the leg room. Over heard bins on the new planes are large.

Loved the non stop flight with Alaska. They never let me down on on-time and efficient service. I had to fly United on way home and it was terrible. I'll stick with Alaska.

Alaskans regularly make this trip to-from the lower 48. We flew round trip in October to Seattle in economy class, and returned 1st class. Service was speedy and friendly both ways. This was neither a leisure or business trip but a medical one for us; I'm selecting "Leisure" for "what sort of trip" this was because there is no closer...

Just boarded an Alaska Airlines flight which has NO working bathrooms. They say they will start working at 16,000 feet, but while we are on the tarmac the bathrooms do not work (and given the announced weather delay, this could be a long time). I'm shocked that Alaska would fly a plane in this condition. Also as they reconfigure the...

It is always a pleasure to fly Alaska Airlines. This particular flight was well ahead of schedule (due in the most part to the winds but none the less). The flight staff is always nice. They communicate well. And you always get your bags in a timely manner or they award you with flight credit or miles.

I worked with Alaska Airlines on a flight issue. Their agents were clearly actively trying to look at things from my family's point of view and find the best solution possible. This issue involved a couple airlines, so it required a couple conversations with Alaska Airlines. Each time I was impressed with their knowledge and focus on making things right...

Normally I would prefer to fly Hawaiian Airlines to Maui. This was a last minute flight so we took Delta over and Alaska back. Normally in first class, I’m used to being served a drink before take off. There were waters sitting at our seats, but that was all. When they asked what we would like for our meals based...

About Alaska Airlines
The fifth-largest airline in the United States, Seattle-based Alaska Airlines (AS) flies to more than 100 destinations in the United States, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Canada. As the name implies, it's a major carrier in the state of Alaska, flying to about 20 large and small destinations throughout the state. However, the airline has a major presence serving destination on the West Coast of the United States of America. The airline has five hubs: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Portland International Airport (PDX), San Francisco International Airport (SFO), Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA), and Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). Aircraft operate with two classes of service: First Class and Main Cabin (Economy Class). Premium Class in the Main Cabin, offering additional legroom and priority boarding, is being added to aircraft. Passengers flying in First Class have access to the airline's Alaska Lounge with locations 7 airports. On 25 April 2018, Alaska Airlines and Virgin America merged. The combined airline is known as Alaska Airlines. The combined fleet consists of Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, and Embraer aircraft.
