The check in process is a little slow even for business class but besides that the flights were comfortable and timely. We had one unpleasant flight attendant but the rest were great.

We went non stop to Rome and home this year and last. Excellent service, we were told it was horrible not to take it we didn't find that to be true. Friendly helpful staff food is just OK but what airline food is good. They do serve fairly often we had 3 meals and beverages cart came around often. They...

The crew on the outgoing flight were much more attentive to passenger needs than the return flight. the food overall was most enjoyable and the menu was based on a specific region of Italy. it was nice to see the knowledge the crew had on the menu and on the various wines they had paired with it. the disappointing part...

I flew with this airline for the 2018 World Cup from Amsterdam to Russia, stopping in Rome. On the way to Russia we had a 1hour 15 min layover. This flight was slightly delayed which resulted in us running from 1 side of FCO airport to the other and having to go through passport control as well. Somehow we made...

We flew Alitalia on most of our internal legs. Every single one was over an hour late. And, I guess, Fiumicino Airport just isn't big enough. When we came closest to landing on time, there wasn't a gate available. At one point during a connection, we de-planed on the tarmac, got bused to a gate, walked to the connecting gate,...

Took flight from LAX to Rome. Seats super uncomfortable and old. Absolutely no leg room. Flight attendants unfriendly and uncaring. Inflight entertainment did not work until about three hours after departure. My son and I were bit by either bed bugs or some other identifiable insect. The one redeeming factor was the lactose free dinner. Will not fly Alitalia ever...

Nowadays airlines charge you for everything extra. We are so pleased to see that Alitalia gave us food and drinks at no extra cost and they had set up water and juice and snacks on the back of the plane for any time you need it. The flight attendants were really nice and had an amazing attitude towards passengers.

I traveled with my wife and friends, after spending time on a multi day cruise and tour of Europe. I was really looking forward to my flight on Alitalia. I must have expected too much. They boarding process was decent, but they had us board very early. We had to wait a long time, before finally taxiing and take off....

It was my first time flying with Alitalia. The service was badic and the price readnable and I hadve no complaint there. For checked luggage the price was readonable. I liked my eady transfer to my flight from Rome to London. No foss, no double security check, easy, convenient. But their service was strange. I had my eyes closed when...
