Flew home thro Dallas this time, since whenever we fly thro Chicago in August, it's either a storm, or cancellations, or lost luggage

I live near Asheville, NC, so very few direct flights to anywhere. My airline of choice is Delta where I'm a medallion member, but we decided to take American this time because it had a better price. First of all, no jet bridge leaving Asheville. OK. No problem. Then, we had to change planes in Charlotte, NC. Still no jet...

Flights were on time or early. Do to the hurricane we rerouted to Tampa from Orlando. American worked to get us to Florida rather than cancel or delay us. Most favorite thing about the flights, they had Dr. Pepper!

I had the lovely opportunity to travel business class internationally and first class domestically with American Airlines round trip from Denver to Paris (CDG). This was my first time flying American and Wow. From the moment I arrived at the Denver airport ticket counter, their admirals club to my return trip, the staff was impeccable with a level of service...

We flew out of Destin on our way to Cincinnati. We stopped in Charlotte NC and switched planes. Very spacious, plenty of leg room. Smooth flight and the flight attendants were nice, except for one. A man steward who was asked if the plane was on time so we could catch our connecting flight and he answered "well you should...

I will never again fly American Airlines transatlantic. Paid $6500 for 2 round trip seats which were simply coach with more leg room. Video was an iPad and earphones which meant you had to keep tray up entire time or hand hold. I choose to pay extra to travel first/business because I suffer swollen ankles and my seat did not...

Cramped and uncomfortable. This was a 3hr 38 minute flight in the most cramped conditions possible. I'm a slim 5ft 1 and I had no room so I have no idea how people any larger would have coped. The only on board entertainment was through personal devices so you need to know to download the app before you travel. The...

Delayed flight from the outset, yet quick recovery and fine turnaround effort. An old plane clearly with worn out seats and fixtures. Good service, cordial, prompt and professional made for very enjoyable flight. We fly Delta almost all the time from Atlanta and this is the first time to fly American. Will fly again.

I was very excited about this flight. I have been accumulating frequent flyer miles with American for years. I had over 100 thousand, so I decided to use some of them. Business class is a great option when you are facing a 14-hour flight, but paying three thousand dollars more is not possible for me. Needless to say, I was...

We expected to pay the normal fee for having two large suitcases sent as cargo however we did not expect to have personnel at the curb side check-in demand a tip for carrying out this service. Boarding is via numbered groups and although we were seated at the front of the aircraft we were among those in the later boarding...
