This is a really good airline, the irony of the fact that what makes it good is that it still provides the regular services airlines used to, is not lost on me. The seats are comfy, entertainment is great, food is quite good for airline food, they do not charge for drinks, you get refills. In a nutshell, what traveling...

Just terrific. Great service during flight, decent meals, had movies when others did not. The seats are very comfortable and the plane is kept tidy and clean.

I have to fly a lot with them and I like their service; airplanes are clean, staff is friendly, food is very good and baggage always arrives! This year I have completed 40 flights and all of them have been on time. Thanks Avianca!

You just never know if they will be on schedule. this route usually has delays or cancellations, definitely is not a priority but is not cheap, so you expect better from them. Safe flight, new planes.

Avianca is the overall second place airline in Latin America, only behind LAN, which is now LATAM. The airline is fine and a flew business class from Guatemala City to Bogota and from there to São Paulo. The new Eldorado airport terminal is great and better than many US and Europeans airports. Avianca’s lounge, however, is terrible. Small, no power...

There are four domestic airlines in Brasil - Gol, Latam, Azul and Avianca. The Colombian Airline acquired Ocean Air in Brasil. It was the first (and not the last) time i flew Avianca in Brasil. The airport service (purchasing, check-in and boarding) were all excellent and the best experience I have had in 18 years of flying in Brasil. the...

The space was average, not the worst I've seen. The airline programmed 30 additional minutes in order to arrive on time. Food was terrible. Entertainment was good with a single screen on each seat.
