The plane itself did not impress me as it was pretty basic. What made a positive impression was the fact that although it was only a short flight from Bangkok to Phnom Penh they served a meal.

Indeed I was surprised at the service level and quality of food served on board. I have travelled other regional airlines like from Singapore to Penang before, the food always were nothing to look forward to for example soggy pastries in a foil wrapping - Yuks! This airline serves what I call real food and drinks much like their bigger...

First time I used Bangkok airways. Excellent service, enough space to sit. Overall it was a comfortable journey. We also got the access of their lounge during the connecting flight to phuket. It was great.

My wife and I had an internal flight from Bangkok to Phuket with Bangkok Airways which was approximately 1.5 hours. We were told we had use of the airways lounge which served hit and cold drinks and small snacks and had free wi fi. This was a brilliant touch considering the cost of our flights was very reasonable indeed. We...

My wife and I travelled last Wednesday 6/8/2017 she was unfortunately not very well, when checking in I asked if our row could be blocked out so she may be able to lie down and rest. The attendant placed us at the front of the plane row 6 and blocked the third seat out(configuration is 3 seats & 3 seats)....

We had four flights with this company (Bangkok-Siem Reap a/r and bkk- samui a/r). Flights were ok and in time. But in 2 of 4 flights they ruined twice my new baggage (brand new and not quite cheap). Maybe i was just unlucky, i don't know, i just know i had to repair it and a part of my holiday...

I have flown on Bangkok Air many times and always short flights. They are not cheap but they seem to have got it right. A lounge with snacks and drinks and free wifi to all passengers. Bright , clean planes. Staff uniforms, neat, contemporary and well fitted, it helps that the Thai staff all seem to be fit and slim....

Only an hour long but the service was superb, a lovely meal served, not snack and plenty of leg room. An older plane but much more comfortable flight than the Emirates airbus 380 that got us to Bangkok.

My trip was fine with the Bangkok airway which is comfortable and good service. Once you have gone though the Immigration department then you can directly to the lounge of Bangkok air. There are some snacks and some drinks for all Bangkok airway's customers which is very nice to have some drink during waiting for flying. For the price, it...
