Noted never to use easyjet ever again in my life. Went to turkey in April on my own with my 3 kids hoilday was booked for over a year couldn't wait to get there. Landed in to turkey that night after an awful flight with my 2 year old couldn't wait to get to our hotel. Get to the hotel to check in and get told at reception my booking was cancelled by easyjet me standing in Turkey with 3 kids in the middle of the night panic set in when they wouldn't help me at all just kept saying no your booking was cancelled you can't stay here so while we were trying to sort it out with easyjet reps on the phone I ask could I get me and the kids a drink in the bar because we had been travelling for hours they told me no I wasn't aloud to pass the lobby as i wasnt a guest me who had paid over £2000 for this hoilday I broke down in tears and it actually took a complete stranger to say to the reception staff that it was out of hand how they were treating me and the kids. So after 3 hours I get told easyjet got me a room for the night and would see if they could sort for me to stay the rest of the week which again this sent my anxiety through the roof i didnt sleep at all that night. next day comes I get told to come to reception to check in and all they say was mistake on system not even so much as an apology. That's grand easyjet ring me that day and say they have been trying to contact the hotel to see if they could offer me a good will gesture but the hotel wouldn't get back to them so could I myself go to the reception and see if they could offer me a free meal in their restaurant I was like NO I am not doing that. Hoilday gos grand the rest of the week actually couldn't fault the hotel after that bar the room I paid for wasn't the room I got I got a smaller room wasn't gonna make an issue of it untill the last day comes and I receive my pick up information for our transfer to the airport wait and wait for our transfer which dosnt show up have to get a taxi to the airport with the fear again we are going to miss our flight home again not so much as an apology from anyone. Get home put in a complaint and today they contacted me to tell me they would like to offer me a very insulting £80 refund again still not even so much as an apology seriously never seen anything as badly run in my life. EasyJet do better

Terrible customer service. They will trick you into buying baggage when it’s already included in your ticket and then refuse to refund you.

I booked this holiday in March 2024, I clicked cancel on my booking by mistake and clicked back straight away and didn’t get no email to say this was cancelled. I continued paying this holiday off for another month, they was talking my money. I then rang to pay the remainding for them to say it was cancelled, I recieved my refund to the bank but the £180 deposit didn’t go into my credit account. After speaking to 100’s of different sales people they all give the same reply “I’ll get someone to call you back” or “give it 72 hours and re login into your account the money should show by then”. 3 months later I’m still ringing to get this money back. When speaking to the team it’s like they haven’t typed my conversations up and kept tracked. I will 1000% not book with this company again.

Scam! What a waste of airspace this airline is. Our ticket shows 15kgs hand carry each and I have 23kgs check in baggage. My luggage have no problem, however when boarding, they refused to let us in because apparently our backpacks were too big. Our ticket and booking references clearly show that we have 15kgs each hand carry (we payed extra for it) and it also shows the diameter of how much they're supposed to take. They still refused and pressured us to pay additional 72 swiss francs ($122 aud). The check in lady was also extremely rude. Never flying with this airline again.
