The services in this class are mostly great, but Emirates hosting takes it to the next level of services. the ground support and in flight attention to detail is exemplary. If you are going on a long haul business trip and have to reach fresh as morning at home, this is the operator of choice.

Positive experience. No major issues and nothing really to complain about. A380 comfortable and well serviced, 777 bit tired but still top class service. Food was good and plenty drinks to choose from. It looks like they often have the problem with not working earphones but I would suggest to use your own ones anyway (more hygienic). Good entertainment feature...

I had a very bad experience with Emirates. Lazy staff, bad attitude, poor service. They charge so much money from customers for nothing, better to travel in budget airlines. The crew has no smile on their face, they show an attitude as if doing a favor by serving us. I will never ever travel through this airline. You must really...

On A 380 , huge room great service , Shower was a welcome and entertaining experience, huge choice of food and drink and really felt pampered the whole way . The first class lounge was huge but the shower that I had was rather small in Dubai. Rest of service amazing

I am a Qantas frequent flyer but have used other airlines a lot. The Qantas/Emirates flight to Manchester was great. As we left Perth at night, I watched movies & slept to Dubai, then when we landed at Manchester in the afternoon I was ready to go. The staff were polite and helpful, the meals were good, the entertainment system...

Booked to travel to Dubai and then subsequently on to Doha. As always with Emirates planes, in flight service etc. exemplary. This trip was in Economy, but I have traveled in Business which is superb and "knocks spots off" the European airlines particularly BA. I would recommend Emirates for travelling to the Middle East and on to Asia, which I...

Having travelled this same journey several times with Emirates, they have never disappointed yet! Excellent customer service, well presented and polite staff, good food (for an airline) and comprehensive entertainment system. I highly recommend Emirates

From check- in departure to arrival we had a great experience. Business usually board first if there is an arm. You are welcomed on board by name and shown to your seat, given a drink and hand towel. Menu is excellent catering for all tastes and well presented at your seat. Beers and wines served as and when required. Superb...
