Based in Abu Dhabi, Etihad Airways (EY) is the national carrier of the United Arab Emirates. It operates non-stop flights to more than 90 destinations in the Middle East, Asia, Oceania, Europe, Africa, and North America. Etihad's aircraft cabins are configured in a variety of ways, and include The Residence (a three-room suite), First Class, Business Class, and Economy Class. Depending on the aircraft, its First Class may be configured in either their Apartment (A380) or Suite (787 Dreamliner) format. Its Economy Class cabin also offers a variety of different seat types, including their extra legroom Economy Space option. The airline has a First Class Lounge, Premium Lounge and an Arrivals Lounge for use by passengers at its hub in Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH).

Comfortable flight

Comfortable flight, food is good on selection. Would be brilliant if have more choice of Movies. Overall is good, staff are professional and serve with smiles.

Poor experience in business class

First time in business class and no in flight entertainment or ability to charge devices, customer services unwilling to offer partial refund . They act like a budget airline rather than a so called premium one.

Staff was un trained

Boarding staff really in trained . They didn’t understand how to talk with customers you should be need train staff properly then represent it . I have flight Manchester to Lahore boarding staff really misbehaved every customer . I don’t understand why next time.

Rude

Very rude customer service. I had a simple request of change of flight for which the staff in JFK could have politely declined. Instead he was extremely rude and tried to rub it in my face that it was mistake to have booked the transit in that way. I have never seen a flight attendant being that rude also. When asked if the food was samdwich in a polite way, she responds, “ does it look like a sandwich?” In a condescending way. No wonder their ratings are lower than other middle eastern airlines even though they offer the same luxury.…

They don't compensate for 8 hour of delay flight

I have applied for flight delay compensation since sep 2022 and then took a legal help but I have never heard back from the airline. The flight was delay by almost 8 hour. Etihad is a big no. Same case with Qatar airways happened and they compensate me within a month. Very poor service from Etihad and big nooooooo to the airlines.…
