Boeing 773 aircraft. When I was choosing my seat online, I noticed that the front section of the economy is in 2-4-2 configuration as compared to 3-3-3 for the rest. And it was available for my choosing. Turns out it was Premium Economy seat. Scored!! Great service on board, food was nice. Inflight movies lacks Hollywood titles but lots of...

Spectacular service from lounge and through the flight. The lounge in Bangkok is absolutely stunning in design and service. Food and drinks are beyond expectations. Internet in both BKK and Taipei lounges works very well. Too bad the lounge in Taipei is nowhere close to Bkk when it comes to design, food or drinks. Pretty bad actually Even so, I...

I fly ~250k/year and ~8mm miles to date, but this was first time on EVA. Standard lie flat seats in business comparable to others across the Pacific on a Boeing 777-300ER. No first class. But both bathrooms are larger than standard, vs. just generally one large one on the other carriers. Great to have the extra room in the lavatories....

The plane is clean. the staff are attentive. gave special attention to the needs of my parents who are both senior citizens (1 with physical disability and 1 with failing memory) One (well 2) of the best things: good value for money plus it departs from Cebu, no need to go to Manila

taking the flight to London, England with my family. The route was quite long and we had to take a short break at Bangkok for about an hour. The entire journey was enjoyable, the flight attendants were really friendly.

This airline has got to be the best. Planes are clean and the staff especially helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The service and food is fantastic. It make BA look like economy with flat beds. Love the issue of pyjamas on night flights!

Got a great deal to travel in premium economy on EVA Air to Taipei. As I had never flown via EVA, it was a great opportunity to experience a new airline (for me). I must say that the experience was wonderful. From arriving at the airport in Toronto to getting off the plane in Taipei, every step of the trip...
