Everything was just above average compared to other airlines I've been flying with. The food was not that great but you get what you paid for. They also serve ice creams after meals. The best meal was the breakfast one because they served a 'known' Japanese burger on board. The flight attendants were great and very responsive.

This was my second time flying with Japan Airline. I really liked their service and their hospitality to their customers/passengers. First of all, I was happy with JAL when I flew with them two years ago, therefore I knew I wanted to fly with them again this year. My husband and I booked Economy seats from Kuala Lumpur to San...

Although only a 1 hour flight, I found JAL to be excellent. The aircraft, a 737 Winglet, was clean and spacious and the staff were very pleasant from check in to flight attendants. Free on board WiFi was an added bonus. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a good flight experience.

Booked direct flights from New York to and from Tokyo on a JAL Boeing 777. The price of direct tickets was only a few hundred more than flights with connections, so it was a no brainer. I am a nervous flyer, but the flight to Tokyo was smooth as butter. We flew north from New York, through Canada, over the...

Wonderful way to end a fantastic holiday. A little bit more leg room and comfort. JAL were great to fly with and the lady at check in, couldn't help us any more than she did

Flight from NRT to TPE, flight delayed, then some Taiwan parents did nothing to control their infant. Four adults in the family, two kids, one of which was an infant, screaming for the entire duration of the four hour flight. Flight crew did nothing. Parents and Grandparents did very little. Infants DO NOT BELONG on flights, period! Selfish parents bringing...

Excellent customer service and superb food. The quality and space of seat in Premium Economy is almost as good as the old style business-class (before the sleeper seats were introduced) and definitely worth the money. JAL offers a huge baggage allowance (each person is allowed 2 x 23kg check-in bags), which really helps when travelling with the family after a...

I have flown at least 700 times in my life, and dozens of times with JAL. Their in-flight service is always pretty good, the meals are okay, but... Their website and web check-in process is the WORST of any airline. It's so frustrating trying to get through their system; confirmation number not valid, can't find my booking, error error error......

Flew the Dreamliner on the direct flight and for a 13+ hour flight, it was actually enjoyable. The only challenge is trying to sleep as the flight leaves at 1:30 pm, Boston local time. Business class seats are very comfortable and offer plenty of room. Overall the food was good and plentiful. Service was very professional and responsive. Amazing how...
