My trip from Delhi to Tokyo was very comfortable and hassle free. Everything was moving like a clockwork. Typical Japanese efficiency with warm hospitality. Their collection of in flight entertainment was varied to suit all tastes. Food was excellent. We were given "Second Meal" in advance, before they stopped serving. Great experience.

I was on my way home from Tokyo to Okayama. The train takes only a little longer, but I like to fly. This was a night flight with little to see and most people around me were dosing. JAL does these short flights as well as anyone and better than ost. Discreet, kindly service. Interference-free boarding and de-planing. A flight...

JL #3 JFK (1125a) NRT (235p +1) was a 777 with four class of service (1st, business, premium economy and economy). Service from the cabin attendants was superb (would be nice if inflight service was half as good on U.S. carriers). Food was ok. Cabin configuration was not the most modern. Seats were smaller, lacked storage space, laid out in...

Excellent flights! Both ways to and from Melbourne. Food was fantastic, especially from Narita to Melbourne. Toilets are always clean!! And I found there is more leg room on these flights. The price was average but well worth it!

We were really glad we upgraded to premium economy. This was a great airline to fly. Customer service was excellent. Seats reclined and there was a foot rest. Very comfortable flight with caring flight attendants.

One of the best economy services I have had - The economy cabin was well designed, seats were super wide and had lots of leg room yet the seats were still comfortable. Pillow and blanket provided and unlike most airlines the pillow had some support and worked really well on the lower back. Entertainment system was modern with lots of...

One of the best crews I have come across, great fun and super helpful. Could not have done more for us and the 4 kids we had travelling with us. Food was excellent and the plane was very modern and spacious. First time flying with JAL but would definitely fly again.

better specify your preference in meal when you book. They didn't have options for meal. in my flight to Tokyo, they only offer beef rice while i'm eating beef. however, their kid's meal is the best among all other airlines that i have taken with yummy food and attractive decoration. in plane equipment is a bit old but the overall...

I’ve never eaten good airline food (who has) but honestly JAL where amazing. Soba noodles with truffle sauce and fried chicken, egg fried rice. Really simple but really good and the best I have had on a flight by some distance.
