The flight we flew from Kuala Lumpur to Hyderabad (Jul 8th, 21:40) was announced canceled just at the moment we should be boarding (20:40). The announcement came after we completed Immigration Checkpoint and just before entering Security checkpoint. And the reason they said is "unknown". We were stuck inside at the Transfer Counter where it has taken about 2 hours...

Departure on time, loading was NOT done by row, but more just race for it. Airline should enforce row boarding to avoid passenger jam. Snack served shortly after take off, was some sort of soggy pastry. I request an alcoholic beverage and it took three requests to three separate cabin attendants before my vodka and tonic arrived. Drink cart only...

They broke our suitcases (2 of them) quite badly, including the suitcases locks, and did not take any responsibility. Everything else was just ok.

It’s just hopeless. Gets progressively worse the taller you are as the footwell continually narrows.

This was my first time to take this airline and I find it not bad. Legroom good and meals on plane were nice actually compared to some other popular airlines. Service on the plane not bad.

I fly MAS regularly, so was a little surprised when I took this flight from KLIA to Hanoi. in July 2018 The age of the plane was very evident. Hand held device given after takeoff. See attached photos for what MAS provided as in flight entertainment (incl The Hangover in the latest movies selection). For what is a 3 1/2...

Myself and my husband needed a break and decided to book a holiday to Malaysia. At first we was debating on which airline to fly with but Malaysian airlines was good on times and convenient for us so for the first time we had booked with them. On route we stopped and had a short delay which we was slightly...

Flew PNH-KUL-SGN on their ageing B737’s on 20th July 2018. Both flights almost full in both classes. First flight delayed 30 Minutes (well announced!), next flight on time. Check-in in PNH was tedious with an annoying junior 3rd part staff. He wanted to force me to inscribe 1 of 2 pieces of hand-luggage which I tried to refuse and eventually...

Just experienced quite possibly the worst display of customer service from any airline I have flown with. I booked a flight to Denpasar, Bali from Phnom Penh 6 months prior to departure. It consisted of 2 flights, one to Kuala Lumpur, and the second to Denpasar, Bali (our final destination). 2 weeks prior to this flight, Malaysia Airlines changed the...
