NEW

Boarding was a little chaotic as there was no boarding by zone. Our A320 was fairly new and tidy. FAs were mostly very friendly and cheery. I found their legroom to be very generous and spacious. Their inflight meal was really decent with good flavor and portions. All in all, great airlines to fly with.

It's so disappointing !!! A reservation system does not give a client the choice the correct a spelling mistake while booking on line. I already booked three tickets for the same person on the same date, for a very simple reason i did a small mistake while typing, there is no option of previewing the booking before changing the credit...

I was pleasantly surprised by this very good airline. The aircraft (A330-200 and A320-200 for the return) are modern and clean. The seats are of average comfort/ legroom, but the cabin service, both in friendliness of staff and quality of food, are first class. There was a reasonable choice of inflight entertainment and the aircraft arrived on time. The check-in...

Traveled so many times from my living home to my homeland using the national airlines of my country , I can say the plane is spacious, meals exceptional however I have notes on the flight attendants service .. the attendants either old with plastic surgery faces or young with rude attitude In my last trip from kuwait to Beirut and...

The flight was pleasant enough, standard economy seats, and limited inflight entertainment (Emirates has spoiled me) but the service from the female attendants could be improved. The breakfast meal was kanefe which was surprisingly tasty given that it's on a plane! On other flights I have had different meals which are consistently better than other flight providers on the same...

Beirut to Amman in Cedar Class (which is business class); check in was relatively efficient as the dedicated business class check-in que was although hard to find at first, empty. Passport control took a long time and I was not able to check out the duty free shops. The business lounge at Beirut is the poorest I have seen, but...

the trip was comfortable both ways . Hot meal was served even during the night flight of 1:00 AM. Pilots handle very well the plane especially at take-off and landing. Safety video is a really interesting movie to watch.
